Benjamin Moore Launches New Products

First of all, let’s start with some of the new paints Benjamin Moore already has on the market.

Aura is an amazing waterbourne paint with a colour lock formula. Primer is not necessary, and the colours cover amazingly well, even blues and yellows! It dries very quickly, and cures to full hardness in two weeks rather than 30 days.

Natura is also a waterbourne paint and it is free of VOC’s (volatile organic compounds). There is no odour with this paint that makes it great for people with sensitivities, and for children’s rooms and furniture. Both of these paints are available in the full range of Benjamin Moore colours.

Now on to the new products that Benjamin Moore has coming out soon. I’m looking forward to trying them out for myself!

Advance: Advance is a revolutionary waterborne interior paint that offers the application properties of classic oil based paint, and the convenience of water cleanup like latex! Can’t wait to try that one!

Waterblock: A Latex masonry waterproofer that applies easier and outperforms traditional waterproofing materials.

STIX Waterborne Bonding Primer: Stix is a premium water based urethane acrylic primer with unparalleled adhesion to the most challenging surfaces including PVC, vinyl, plastic, glass, tile, etc.

Start Superior Primer: A high performance, high adhesion latex primer.

Arborcoat: A line of superior quality waterborne Deck & Siding stains that will outperform the best alkyd stains on the market.  It provides a clear tough, resilient shell that protects against UV and UVB rays. Low VOC’s, repels water  AND CLEANS UP WITH WATER!!   I’ll be trying this one on the cedar shed for sure!
